Goth truly is the Post Punk Movement. To name a specific event and time when the Goth Subculture was born, many have claimed that Bauhaus is the culprit that officially planted the seed for growth of the Goth Subculture with their song “Bela Lugosi’s Dead,” which was released in 1979.
